Case Management System Developer

We currently have a vacancy for a Case Management System Developer to join our team who would be responsible for the design, development and day to day administration of our case management system (Liberate). You will be joining CFG at an exciting time, as we progress our digital strategy, through good integration of modern applications into our Case Management System (to include website, CRM, telephony and MI/BI).

Working as part of a small team, the role requires someone with relevant IT experience and expertise to provide day to day administration of the Liberate system including screen design, workflow development, precedent maintenance, and user configuration to ensure it meets the needs of the firm.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop the case management system
  • Design and maintain the processes and workflows for all cases within the business
  • Track the team’s development and keep a record of its progress
  • Implement completed changes onto the live system
  • Maintain and update precedents
  • Fix outstanding issues including maintenance of an issue log
  • Act as a general point of contact for users
  • Communicate with business stakeholders on future developments

Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar development role
  • High level of general IT skills and knowledge
  • Good knowledge and awareness of the IT sector and software development/design in general
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to interact with others at all levels across the firm

Qualifications

  • English Language and Maths GCSE Grade C or above, or equivalent
