We are currently looking to offer a number of Paralegal opportunities to qualified law graduates who have a commitment to a career in Serious and Catastrophic Injury and want to achieve the best results for their clients. This is an opportunity to join our growing firm in September 2022, working flexibly from home.
This role requires someone who is passionate and client-focused and will work as part of a team to carry out case handling and administrative duties, supporting qualified fee earners in progressing personal and serious injury cases, and assisting the Private Client Department.
Our colleagues are at the heart of everything we do. We make colleague engagement a priority as we believe that creating a highly engaged team is essential to delivering our multiple award-winning Client First Service. 90% of colleagues say CFG is a great place to work and recent new joiners described us as “refreshingly different to anywhere else”.
We offer a competitive starting salary based on experience along with ongoing learning and development, 24 days’ holiday (plus bank holidays), hybrid working and the opportunity to gain real hands-on experience and progress your career.
Subject to commitment, performance and potential, and where a business need is identified, the Paralegal will have the opportunity to undertake a period of recognised training or complete the SQE.
“Our SPIRIT core values and beliefs are integral to the way we work and are there to help us to achieve our purpose and goals."
We recognise that an injury affects far more than just the individual affected. Their immediate family can then be the next most affected, together with close friends and then that injury impacts on all those other people wanting to help, including healthcare professionals, police family liaison officers, charities, etc.
To be effective we have to work together with everyone involved as a team and including insurers.
This is why our purpose is to help those affected by injury – together.
