CFG Law join the Brain Injury GroupJune 8th, 2016
We are pleased to announce we have been accepted on to the ‘Brain Injury Group’ panel, showing our specialist experience and knowledge in brain injury claims and our unique approach to rehabilitation.
The Brain Injury Group is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company (CIC) that supports brain injured people and their families, as well as working with health and social care professions who specialise in brain injury.
The Group provides much needed advice, support and information to people who have sustained a brain injury, both in the immediate aftermath of an injury and with the long term needs of both the injured person and their family. Its aim is to provide a complete package of care, from legal advice, financial and welfare services, to many other support services.
Andrew McGowan, APIL approved Brain Injury Lawyer and Senior Associate at CFG Law commented, “We are delighted to be working with the Brain Injury Group to help provide our expertise to brain injured people and their families. We have been helping people for many years after they have sustained a brain injury, not just to claim the compensation they deserve, but also to provide them with much needed early intervention, treatment and rehabilitation to ensure the best quality recovery available.”
He continues, “We understand the complex needs of brain injured people and work tirelessly to create a bespoke treatment plan to help them with their current needs, as well as the lifelong care and support them and their family may need.”
CFG Law has an innovative approach to brain injury claims and understands that early treatment, care and rehabilitation are key to achieving the best outcomes.
“CFG Law are an excellent addition to the Brain Injury Group membership and I have every confidence that the firm will bring significant skills to brain injured clients,” says Sally Dunscombe, Director of the Brain Injury Group. “I have known Andrew for many years; he has a wealth of knowledge, an excellent reputation in supporting people affected by brain injury, and the whole team is a great asset to the Brain Injury Group.”
