Team further strengthened with new senior appointmentSeptember 11th, 2015
We have further strengthened our team with the appointment of Quentin Underhill, who joins the Senior Management Team as Head of Legal.
We have recently expanded with 8 new appointments in the past year and continue to grow strongly with the appointment of Quentin Underhill, who will work within the Senior Management Team as Head of Legal.
Quentin has more than 21 years’ serious injury experience and joins us from DWF, where he was a Director. He brings a wealth of management experience to the position, in addition to considerable legal expertise, particularly in the field of serious injury.
Having acted on the behalf of both Claimants and Defendants, Quentin also has in-depth knowledge of insurance practices having previously worked at Eversheds and he was also previously the North West representative for FOIL (Forum of Insurance Lawyers).
Because of his knowledge of the strategy and methods used by Defendants, Quentin is a real benefit to the firm and his clients and he fights tirelessly for justice on their behalf to get the best outcome.
Quentin Underhill commented,
“CFG Law are a highly ethical and enlightened firm, who straight away, attracted me with their strong belief that the client is central to everything they do. Many firms pay lip service to this, but CFG Law implements it into all of their practises to ensure clients’ needs and wellbeing are always at the forefront. The focus is on early assessment and treatment for their injuries which makes a real difference to our clients’ recovery.”
As a growing firm, we continue to go from strength to strength and over the past few months we have been appointed to several specialist serious injury legal panels including RoadPeace, Headway, BASIC (The Brain and Spinal Injury Centre), the Spinal Injury Association and the Limbless Association.
Managing Director at CFG Law, Alastair Fernie said,
“We are thrilled to welcome Quentin to the team. I am a firm believer that a firm is only as strong as its staff and therefore we are keen to attract talented individuals who embrace our ethos and values. Quentin brings with him a huge amount of professional experience and a compassionate approach and I am sure he will make a big impact on CFG in the months to come.”
