Natasha UlphAssociate, Serious Injury Solicitor
Natasha has vast experience in serious injury compensation and has worked in personal injury litigation since 2006. She joined the firm in 2008 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2010 and was promoted to the role of Associate in 2014. Natasha is also an accredited Senior Litigator of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).

Natasha has extensive knowledge and experience in serious orthopaedic, brain and psychiatric injury claims. She has dealt with many clients who have difficulties adapting to life after injury, and Natasha realises the true importance of helping those clients to regain their quality of life, arranging extensive private rehabilitation for clients with specialist medical professionals, to ensure that they receive the best treatment available to them, on an individual basis.
Natasha specialises in chronic pain cases, including conditions such as Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome (CPRS) and Fibromyalgia. Due to the nature of these conditions, compensation claims can be extremely complex, requiring forensic analysis of medical records and evidence. Natasha’s knowledge in this area and close working relationships with eminent medical experts and counsel ensures she can truly help her clients and understands the difficulties faced.
Natasha also has experience dealing with bullying and harassment cases, succeeding in recovering compensation on behalf of individuals who have been harassed or bullied in the work place, incurring psychological injury. Such claims are extremely difficult to succeed in, but Natasha is adept at representing clients who have experienced such treatment.
Throughout her career Natasha has represented Claimants who have suffered an occupational disease, including those who have been exposed to asbestos, excessive noise or vibrating tools.
