Lauren is our case management system analyst. Her role is to manage the design, development and day to day administration of our case management system. As part of her role, Lauren develops and implements any identified improvements to our system and ensures these are integrated efficiently and with minimal impact on the business.
In developing our case management system, Lauren ensures that we can provide high levels of client service whilst keeping in mind efficiencies and capabilities.
Lauren also analyses any changes made to ensure that they have been implemented successfully. She communicates changes throughout the business to ensure consistent use from the whole team.
