Nigel Smith

Nigel is an Associate Solicitor at CFG Law and brings with him over 30 years’ experience. Specialising in serious, life-changing injuries including brain injury, amputation, spinal injury and fatal collisions, Nigel understands the importance of putting his clients and their families at the centre of the process.

Nigel is a strong advocate for accessing early treatment and rehabilitation for his clients to ensure they achieve their very best outcomes. He understands the impact early intervention can have for clients and works tirelessly to ensure all their support needs are covered.

Nigel has extensive experience helping families after fatal road collisions. Through this work, Nigel works collaboratively with the police and has provided training to Family Liaison Officers.
