Richard joined CFG Law in 2016 as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining the team, Richard gained extensive experience working in the legal and financial services sectors.
Polly is a Partner and National National Head of Serious and Catastrophic Injury at CFG Law, having joined the team in 2016.
Mark is head of our partnership, marketing and communications, and is also a Senior Leadership Team member. Mark oversees all of our partnerships, marketing and communication activities, ensuring a clear brand message throughout and protecting our purpose and values.
Wayne is head of IT and Business Improvement and is a member of our Senior Leadership Team. With vast experience as a senior leader in IT and change management, Wayne’s role is to set the strategy and direction for our technology, transformation and improvement of our operational processes.
Helen is head of people and culture at CFG Law and is also a member of our Senior Leadership Team. Leading a small team, Helen is responsible for developing and delivering our People and Culture Strategy, which includes learning and development, policies and procedures, recruitment and colleague engagement in respect of our core values, ambition and purpose.
Daniel’s primary role is to manage and support a commercially focussed and fully compliant accounts team, and to oversee all the firm’s finance functions.
Nicola is a Partner and Head of Business Risk and Compliance at CFG Law and has long been one of our dedicated client champions. Having joined the team as a Solicitor back in 2000, she has gone from strength to strength and is now one of our most trusted employees.
David is a Partner and Head of Court of Protection at CFG Law. Having joined the team in 2020, David has a wealth of experience helping people with all aspects of Court of Protection and lasting powers of attorney.

Jen is an accounts assistant and works in our finance department, providing day to day support and performing administrative tasks within the accounts team.
Nicky’s role is varied within the accounts team, from administrative tasks such as processing incoming payments, arranging payment of disbursements and purchase ledger invoices to more in-depth analysis of our financial performance across the business.
Jessica is our HR administrator and provides day to day support to colleagues and our people and culture team. This includes an active role in colleague recruitment and promoting our colleague brand, maintaining the HR system, supporting our head of people and culture in delivering our strategy, and acting as the first point of contact for supervisors and colleagues on HR matters.
