For some time now, we have been building detailed plans to enable our business to continue to operate as the coronavirus situation develops in the UK and to ensure we can continue to support our clients and their families.
Our primary concern is for the safety of our colleagues and our clients and, like most businesses, we are keeping a close eye on developments and following all the advice from the Government.
With the Government now moving to delay phase to try and control the spread of the virus, it is important to us that our Client First Service can continue to help those affected by injury. As such, our colleagues will be working remotely until further guidance is received.
As we operate nationally, we’ve invested significantly in technology to allow our people to work on an agile basis when they need to. It’s an important part of CFG Life for our colleagues which they greatly appreciate, and which is just one more way in which we are different to many other firms.
With control measures now in place, every one of our colleagues has remote access to our systems and are continuing to help those we are currently supporting through our Client First Service and any new clients who need our help throughout the period that the Government measures are in place.
We are continuing to monitor any developments several times a day and we have complete measures in place to minimise any disruption to our service during the time that we are working remotely.
