She achieved a First Class degree in Law, demonstrating her strong academic ability and commitment to the legal profession. Ella has completed several work placements in legal environments, where she gained valuable insight into client care, case preparation, and the day-to-day workings of a busy legal team. These experiences have strengthened her interest in serious injury law and reinforced her passion for helping people navigate challenging times in their lives.

Alongside her legal experience, Ella has also worked in a range of customer service roles, giving her excellent communication skills and a confident, empathetic approach when supporting clients. She understands the importance of listening carefully, being responsive, and building trust with those she works with.
