Louise Cox

Louise is a paralegal at CFG with a strong background in supporting individuals and families through some of the most challenging moments of their lives. Before beginning her legal career, Louise worked as an advisor for Citizens Advice, where she supported patients from a major trauma centre who had experienced life-changing injuries. This frontline experience gave her a deep insight into the emotional and practical pressures faced by injured people and their families, and she found great fulfilment in being able to make a meaningful difference to their lives.

Louise has also worked as a Children’s Service Worker for Action for Children, further strengthening her ability to support vulnerable individuals with empathy, patience and professionalism. These experiences, combined with her law degree, have shaped her desire to pursue a career where she can advocate for people who need it most.

Now progressing her legal career, Louise brings a compassionate, client-focused approach to her work. She supports the team with case preparation, communication and day-to-day support, always ensuring that clients feel heard, understood and well supported. Her blend of practical experience and legal training make her a valuable and empathetic member of the team.
