Sophie is a legal assistant at CFG, with extensive experience providing remote legal secretarial and administrative support across a wide range of legal matters. Her background includes personal injury, clinical negligence, Court of Protection, wills and probate, employment law and data protection claims.

Before moving into the legal sector, Sophie worked in commercial insurance, where she developed extensive experience in client service, claims, credit control and account management. She brings strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a clear, reassuring approach to supporting clients and colleagues through what can be a stressful and unfamiliar process.
