Steve Maloret

Steve is a Partner and Head of Marketing, Partnerships and Client Services.

Steve is involved in all of our business development activities and relationships and helps to develop and deliver our business growth strategy. As part of his role, Steve is actively involved in all of our key relationships and ensures consistency of messaging when liaising with stakeholders, ensuring the integrity of our Client First Service.

Steve also heads up our rehabilitation & support team, ensuring we deliver “more than law” through our clinically trained co-ordinators and our Community Compass app. He also leads on our internal and external client feedback, analysing responses from clients to improve our service, establishing any positive trends and identifying any issues quickly.

Steve works as part of the Group Leadership Team to ensure we deliver on our strategic objectives.
