We welcome new talent to the team!October 20th, 2015
We have continued our strong growth and development with the appointment of Quentin Underhill to the senior management team and experienced serious injury solicitor, Leanne Tattam.
We are dedicated to pioneering an innovative approach to serious injury claims, focusing on early assessment and rehabilitation for clients. Statistics prove that it is vital that patients are assessed quickly after sustaining a serious injury, and the earlier their tailored programme of rehabilitation begins, the better their recovery will be.
Quentin Underhill joins the firm as Head of Legal and brings with him considerable managerial experience, having been Director of DWF. With more than 21 years’ experience of serious injury law, Quentin also has in-depth understanding of insurance practices, having worked previously at Eversheds and also gained through his position as the North West representative for FOIL (Forum of Insurance Lawyers).
Also new to the team is Leanne Tattam, a serious injury solicitor with particular interest and expertise in brain injury cases. She has been on the committee of the Headway Blackpool Wyre & Fylde since 2011 and was appointed as director of Headway Blackpool Ltd in January 2014. In addition, Leanne has experience of working in private practice as the in-house counsel for a case management business. This experience means that she has excellent knowledge of how case managers can help injured clients. She is also an affiliate member of BABICM – the British Association of Brain Injury Case Managers.
Alastair Fernie, Managing Director at CFG Law commented, “I am delighted to welcome both Quentin and Leanne to our team as we move forwards at this exciting time. The development of CFG Law is reliant upon attracting the right talent and both Quentin and Leanne bring considerable experience with them in key areas of the business. I am confident that their skills and experience will enhance our already excellent team here.”
