Katie Pendower


Katie is a Partner at CFG Law and joined the Manchester team in 2021, specialising in supporting people after life-changing injuries, including brain injuries, spinal, complex orthopaedic, amputations and supporting bereaved families after fatal collisions. Katie has a particular interest in capacity issues which can arise after a brain injury. Katie has acted for both adults and children who have suffered life-changing injuries.

Katie has extensive experience of dealing with accidents involving motorbikes including the inevitable complex liability arguments.

Katie is a strong advocate of early interim payments to alleviate financial hardships and rehabilitation, and care packages to maximise recovery and give the best possible outcome.
