Mark Duffell

Mark is head of partnerships, marketing and communications, and is also a Senior Leadership Team member. Mark oversees all of our partnerships, marketing and communication activities, ensuring a clear brand message throughout and protecting our purpose and values.

Working collaboratively with other members of our Senior Leadership Team, Mark is also involved in developing and delivering our award-winning Client First Service and promoting our employer brand to contribute to our recruitment and growth strategy.

Mark is also a Trustee of Eden Valley Hospice in his home county of Cumbria.
