Steve Maloret

Steve is our Partnerships Manager and works in our marketing and communication team. Steve is involved in all of our business development activities and relationships and helps to develop and deliver our business development strategies.

As part of his role, Steve is actively involved in our relationships and stakeholder management programme. Steve ensures consistency of messaging when liaising with stakeholders, ensuring the integrity of our Client First Service.

Steve also leads on our client feedback, analysing responses from clients to improve our service, establishing any positive trends and identifying any issues quickly. Steve works collaboratively with colleagues throughout the business to implement actions and change as a result of this feedback.
