Wayne is our business improvement lead and works within the IT and business improvement team. Having been at CFG Law for over ten years, Wayne’s role is to evaluate processes and procedures throughout the business and lead change to improve and deliver a more complete support service.
Wayne’s knowledge and experience within the business means he fully understands our working practices and constantly finds ways to innovate further and improve our service.
Managing change and enabling colleagues to embrace any new procedure is key to Wayne’s role, ensuring change happens in a positive and constructive way by all colleagues. Wayne also monitors change across the business to ensure it has been implemented successfully and reinforcement plans are in place.
