Working together

Inclusivity

Our purpose and values create a culture which aims to achieve the best working environment possible. We’re working with the Disability Confident campaign and have identified actions that we can take to ensure we continue to be an inclusive employer. We’ve embraced the SRA’s new route to qualification and have developed an SQE programme to make becoming a lawyer more accessible and inclusive for candidates. We’ve also expanded our family friendly policies by enhancing maternity, paternity and adoption leave and further supporting colleagues through the menopause and fertility challenges.
