We’re delighted to announce three well‑deserved promotions across the firm, alongside celebrating the success of three newly qualified solicitors who have passed the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) — reflecting our continued investment in people, progression and long‑term growth.

Katie Carroll has been promoted to Partner, Head of Risk, Compliance and Transformation, recognising her exceptional contribution and leadership in helping to strengthen CFG’s governance and regulatory framework. In her new role, Katie will continue to play a key part in supporting the firm’s strategic ambitions while maintaining the highest standards across risk, compliance and transformation.

We’re also proud to announce the promotion of Vindika Jasinghe to Senior Associate, Chartered Legal Executive. Vindika joined our growing team in the West Midlands 18 months ago and has quickly become an integral part of the firm, earning a strong reputation for her dedication, expertise and client‑focused approach.

In addition, Emma Dugdale has been promoted to Senior Associate, Marketing and Partnerships, in recognition of her impact in strengthening our profile, developing relationships and delivering marketing activity that supports the firm’s continued growth.

We’re also pleased to congratulate three colleagues who have recently qualified as solicitors after passing the SQE: Isabelle Grant, Megan Plumridge and Nadia Bracken. Their success marks an important professional milestone and underlines the strength of the firm’s future talent.

Commenting on the announcements, Richard Clark, Group Chief Executive Officer, said: “We’re absolutely delighted to celebrate these promotions and the achievements of our newly qualified solicitors. Katie, Vindika and Emma have each made an outstanding contribution to CFG, and their progression is well deserved. Just as importantly, it’s fantastic to see Isabelle, Megan and Nadia reach this milestone by passing the SQE — it’s a real reflection of their commitment and hard work. We’re proud to support talented people at every stage of their career, and we’re excited to see what each of them achieves next.”

Developing and retaining talent remains a core priority for CFG. The firm is committed to providing clear progression pathways, ongoing learning opportunities and the support needed for individuals to build long‑term careers within the business. From qualification and early‑career development through to senior leadership roles, we actively invest in our people to ensure they are equipped to grow, succeed and deliver the highest standards of service to clients.
