    • High value cases including Road Traffic, Employers Liability, Occupiers Liability, Fatal Accidents and Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority Claims.
    • Settled a claim for 1.1m gross at JSM for a client who sustained serious complex orthopaedic injuries
    • Successfully appealed a CICA decision to award just over £4,000 to a brain-injured client. At the First Tier Tribunal the client was awarded just under £320,000
    • Dec 2018 settled a fatal claim on behalf of a 59 year old widow for £200,000
    • Won a trial in May 2019 at Liverpool County Court in an occupier’s liability claim where liability was strongly disputed. Damages award comfortably beat the Claimant’s previous Part 36 offer.
