We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive (4-5+ years PQE) to join our expanding team in the Midlands. Based in our Warwick office, this hybrid role offers opportunities to undertake high-quality work and to pursue future career progression.

Key responsibilities

The role requires an individual with a strong legal track record in Serious Injury, who can work within a team to:

  • Manage own caseload and assist on higher value, more complex cases, ensuring targets and KPIs are met
  • Supervise and coach junior colleagues, ensuring the best outcome for the client and return for work undertaken
  • Utilise their knowledge and expertise to help build CFG Law’s position and reputation in its target markets

Skills

  • Minimum 4-5 years PQE with excellent working knowledge of Personal Injury law, Serious/catastrophic injury experience
  • Experience of working to targets and KPIs
  • Experience of using a case management system
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to coach and mentor others  
  • Flexible and willing to travel as required

Qualifications

  • Qualified Solicitor status or equivalent
  • Full driving licence and own car
