We're dedicated to empowering you to rebuild your life after road traffic collisions by helping you not only to claim compensation but also helping you to access specialist treatment and rehabilitation to help with your recovery.
We relentlessly pursue claims for our clients, but our support goes much deeper. We have a dedicated team of rehabilitation and support coordinators who all have a background in health and social care, and are on hand to help you with our wraparound support.
Our purpose guides what we do. We strive to help those affected by injury – together. And the together part of our purpose is delivered by the collaborative working partnerships we build with like-minded organisations.
Want to do things differently and make a real difference by helping those affected by injury every day? Then CFG is just the place for you.
We are currently looking to expand our Risk and Compliance team and offer a Paralegal opportunity to a qualified law graduate or someone with equivalent experience, who wants to achieve the best results for their clients. This is an opportunity to join our growing firm, working flexibly from home and our Cheadle office.
We put outcomes before profit. We don’t take unnecessary deductions like shortfall from settlements because we believe that those affected by injury should keep their damages. We pride ourselves on investing in our colleagues, demonstrated through our Investors In People Gold Standard accreditation. We’re also recognised by Best Companies as one of the best law firms in the country to work for, we have a flexible hybrid working policy, a genuine team-working culture and are committed to helping colleagues develop their careers.
