Solicitor (Hybrid)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive (1–5 years PQE) to join our expanding Serious Injury team. Based in our Cheadle or Warwick office, this role offers the chance to undertake high-quality work and support clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Key responsibilities

The role requires an individual with a strong legal foundation in personal injury, who can work effectively within a team to:

• Manage their own caseload of lower-value claims (typically under £100k)

• Assist on higher-value and more complex cases, depending on experience

• Work proactively to meet targets and KPIs

• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver the best outcomes for clients

• Contribute to the ongoing development of CFG Law’s reputation in its specialist areas

Specific responsibilities will reflect the individual’s level of experience and PQE.

Skills

• 1–5 years PQE with a solid grounding in Personal Injury lawence of working to targets and KPIs
• Experience of using a case management system
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong team player
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to coach and mentor others  
• Flexible and willing to travel as required

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor status or equivalent
