Sukwinder joined CFG Law in 2018 as a Solicitor and was quickly promoted to Associate Solicitor. In her role as an Associate Solicitor, Sukwinder takes the lead with the management of cases and people.
Sukwinder has a wealth of experience in serious and catastrophic injury claims, dealing with serious road traffic collisions, fatal accidents, brain injury and spinal cord injury claims. She has extensive knowledge of accidents at work, particularly those arising on construction sites. Sukwinder has supported many families at the inquests of their loved ones and attended criminal trials involving serious or fatal claims.
Sukwinder is sensitive and empathic to the needs of her client’s and quickly builds trust, providing clear and concise advice. Sukwinder’s excellent rapport with her clients and good interpersonal skills puts her client’s at ease. Her analytical skills allow her to get to the issues in the case quickly and without overcomplicating matters.
She is highly motivated by the desire to obtain justice and ensures she engages with insurers for an early agreement concerning treatment and rehabilitation and to secure interim payments. She measures the success of her cases not merely by the level of damages, instead focusing on how quickly the lives of her clients are rebuilt.
Before joining the team at CFG Law, Sukwinder studied and graduated in Manchester with a BA (Hons) in Social Science and initially worked as a volunteer with the Citizens Advice Bureau in a busy city centre office in Manchester. At the same time, she volunteered on a telephone helpline providing advice and counselling to vulnerable teenagers and adults nationally.
Subsequently, Sukwinder worked for several years for Manchester City Council providing legal advice and advocacy for Manchester city residences facing housing and debt problems.
Following a return to university, Sukwinder retrained as a Lawyer. After completing her Postgraduate Diploma in Law and Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice at Manchester Metropolitan University, she gained valuable experience in personal injury whilst working at Slater and Gordon. Since qualifying in March 2003, Sukwinder has gained a wealth of experience.
During her career, Sukwinder has settled a number of cases of high value and complex cases.

Sukwinder also has an interest in business development; providing training and talks to outside bodies on civil litigation and personal injury claims.
She has worked with and supported Charites, such as Brake, Road Peace and BASIC.
When not working Sukwinder enjoys Bikram yoga, Walking /hiking and as much Travel and as often as she can.
