Sukwinder Ark

Sukwinder is a senior associate solicitor at CFG after joining the team in 2018. She has worked supporting people after injury since 2001 and has a wealth of experience in serious and catastrophic injury claims, dealing with serious road traffic collisions, fatal accidents, brain injury and spinal cord injury claims. Sukwinder has also supported many families at the inquests of their loved ones and attended criminal trials involving serious or fatal claims.

Sukwinder is sensitive and empathic to the needs of her client's and quickly builds trust, providing clear and concise advice. Sukwinder's excellent rapport with her clients and good interpersonal skills puts her client's at ease. Her analytical skills allow her to get to the issues in the case quickly and without overcomplicating matters.

She is highly motivated by the desire to obtain justice and ensures she engages with insurers for an early agreement concerning treatment and rehabilitation and to secure interim payments. She measures the success of her cases not merely by the level of damages, instead focusing on how quickly the lives of her clients are rebuilt.
