Alastair is the owner and Executive Chairman of CFG Law. He studied engineering manufacture and management at Manchester University obtaining a Masters’ degree prior to qualifying as a Solicitor. He has extensive experience, built up over the past 20 years, of helping catastrophically injured clients and their families.
Richard joined CFG Law in 2016 as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining the team, Richard gained extensive experience working in the legal and financial services sectors.
Polly joined CFG Law as Head of Serious and Catastrophic Injury in 2016. With over 15 years experience in personal injury, she has a first-hand understanding of the importance of early intervention and access to medical care following a catastrophic injury.
Nicola is a Partner and Head of Business Risk and Compliance at CFG Law and has long been one of our dedicated client champions. Having joined the team as a Solicitor back in 2000, she has gone from strength to strength and is now one of our most trusted employees.
Paul joined the team at CFG Law in 2017 and is a Partner and Head of Commercial Operations. Paul has almost 15 years’ experience in the legal costs sector having worked for both independent consultancies and one of the largest costs departments in the industry.

Hywel is an Associate Solicitor at CFG Law and has a long-standing career in personal injury. He has worked gaining access to justice for injured people since 1996 and always puts himself out there to champion the needs of the people.
David brings with him a wealth of experience dealing with clients who have sustained the most serious of injuries including amputations, severe brain injuries and multiple orthopaedic injuries.
Emma started her career at CFG Law back in 1994 and has remained a firm advocate ever since. She has gone from strength to strength in the business, whilst always keeping her integrity to provide very high levels of client care.
Natasha is an Associate Solicitor at CFG Law and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team. Sarah qualified as a Solicitor in 2006 and has worked at CFG Law since 2004. Sarah did her training contract with us and has moulded her work life and ethics with the company’s values of prioritising client care and exceptional service. She was promoted to the role of Associate Solicitor in 2016 and is also an accredited Senior Litigator of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
Katie is an Associate Solicitor at CFG Law, having joined the team in 2017. She has over 9 years’ experience dealing with clients who have suffered head, spinal and complex orthopaedic injuries after an accident.
Gareth is a Chartered Legal Executive at CFG Law with over 13 years’ experience working within personal injury. Gareth has experience of working for both Claimants and Insurers, leaving him with tactical knowledge of Insurance companies and Defendant personal injury firms, which can be very beneficial to his clients.

In November 2018, Sukwinder joined CFG Law as a Solicitor and was quickly promoted to Associate Solicitor, taking the lead with the management of cases and people.
